Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.

Sickness

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

January, February, March, April, October, November, and December (Off Peak Season)  A cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment less than 24 hours before time allotted will need to be paid in full for the cost of service.

There will be no fee if notice is given 24 hours in advance

(Peak Season) May, June, July August, and September my schedule fills quickly and I have implemented a policy regarding rescheduling and or cancelling appointments that is such:

Any cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled appointment will need to be paid in full.

There will be no fee if notice is given 48 hours in advance.

Please understand that your appointment time is reserved for you and if you miss your appointment or do not give me appropriate notice, I will not only lose your business but that of someone else who may have been able to schedule in that space.
